If you didn't select a seat during the booking process, online check-in will be available at no cost from 7 days before departure until 1 hour* before your flight departs. If you booked the Optima fare or if you booked the Basic fare and selected a seat, check-in will be automatic at the moment of the booking. *Online check-in is available just until 4h before departure at the following airports: Krakow, Alghero, Lampedusa, Aalborg, Oslo, Gothenburg, Warsaw, Olbia, Corfu, Rhodes, Kefalonia, Preveza, Kos, Thessaloniki, Tel Aviv, Budapest, Karpathos, Birmingham, Bari, Basel, Cagliari, Dublin, Genoa, Geneva, Hannover, Hamburg, Helsinki, Reykjavik, Almeria, Luxembourg, Malta, Munich, Nuremberg, Palermo, Pisa, Rennes, Turin, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Crete and Zakynthos.

A checked bag is included with our Optima fare. Regardless of fare type, additional bags can be purchased during the booking process. Once your booking is confirmed, you can add bags through online through "My booking" or at the airport check-in counter.

We don't offer a service for unaccompanied minors, which means that any child under the age of 14 at the time of flying must be accompanied by someone aged 16 and over. If they are not accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over, they will not be able to fly alone.

Newborns must be at least 7 days old to be allowed to fly. It is not recommended for infants younger than 2 weeks to fly. For babies who were born prematurely or have health issues this period will be longer. You should contact your doctor or midwife for advice on travel.

Pregnant women are allowed to fly up to week 36 in pregnancy or until 4 weeks prior to expected-confinement or until 32nd week if the pregnancy is multiple. Amedical statement is not required, but you shall carry along a "maternity pass" where the date of expected confinement ca be checked.

If your plaster is not older than 4 days, you are not allowed to travel except with a written medical certificate. However, splitting plasters are strongly recommended but not required.

Lounge access is not included in any of our fares.

Fast track is available in AMS and VIE for customers who have purchased priority boarding.

Customers need to ensure they have the relevant visas or certificates to travel and that their passport has the required validity remaining. You can check what you need at IATA or contact the relevant embassy in your home country. If you arrive at the airport without the required documents you will not be allowed to board your flight.

Before travelling you should get advice from your doctor or local travel clinic on the reccomended and required vaccinations and medications needed at your destination. Note some countries require vaccination certificates for certain diseases. Vaccinations require time to become effective and you should always consult your doctor or travel clinic 6 weeks prior to departure. You should also ensure that you have sufficient prescription medications to cover your trip and any potential delays. Remember to bring a prescription or letter from your doctor and remember to carry any prescription medication in your hand luggage.

The governments of certain countries require airline companies to collect specific information about passengers before starting their trip (API, Advance Passenger Information). The obligatory information requested by countries such as the United Kingdom include passport details, visa details and postal address depending on each country's legislation. To avoid problems and delays, we recommend that you provide us with your (API) Advance Passenger Information before going to the airport. You can access through My Bookings . It is also important that the information is correct so that you are not delayed when you pass through immigration upon arrival to those countries.

Your Booking or Email Confirmation is also your receipt of purchase. LEVEL Europe do not issue separate invoices for purchases on flylevel.com. No VAT applies on airfares or fees when travelling on international journeys, and thus this is not detailed on your Booking Confirmation.
