2) FLIGHT DELAY & FLIGHT CANCELLATION COMPENSATION CLAIMS:

If you’ve already made a claim and have a query please call us using one of the numbers here. For technical reasons, at this time our colleagues at Vueling will be managing this service. You will be redirected to their website, but all LEVEL claims will be processed as normal.

3) MISSING OR DELAYED BAGGAGE:

For issues with damaged baggage, please contact us here. For technical reasons, at this time our colleagues at Vueling will be managing this service.

4) MAKING A CLAIM FOR AIRPORT TAXES:

Customers who for whatever reason did not board their flight are entitled to make a claim for the airport taxes included in their reservation. This process is free of charge, and can be completed online, but please be aware that this will not be accepted if you boarded the plane or if the flight is still yet to depart.
